Client Overview:

Nielsen PC & Mobile Panel is a branch of Nielsen in Australia. They reward your internet usage by giving you points, vouchers, and tokens you can redeem for gift cards in-store and more. Once you sign up on their website, download their app and log in to begin the reward journey.


Their Problem:

Nielsen PC & Mobile Panel had little knowledge in running adverts using their new branded guidelines, with new creatives to match. They were also interested in having a social media presence to increase trust, but had no one to run it. That's where we come in.


Our Solution:

With new branding visuals freshly released, they needed a full-stack project to be completed. Website redesign with implemented SEO, PPC & social media presence with the same message as their website for alignment. Following that we set up email marketing flows to engage consumers and show them deals.


Website Redesign

A streamlined and comprehensive landing page for Nielsen PC & Mobile Panel was designed. Prioritizing a mobile-first approach to cater to the audience's predominantly mobile usage.

 

Recognizing that a majority of potential users would access the site via smartphones, the design emphasized responsive elements, streamlined content, and intuitive navigation.
